It is sufficient to submit only your index page to search engines. Search engine crawlers will follow the links on your home page and they will index every page on your site.
Just make sure that there are no broken links on your website and that your internal linking structure is flawless.
A good sitemap goes a long way in getting all the pages of your site indexed and is highly recommended.
