Here is few ways to get One-Way links:
- Create a useful, content rich web site which other sites would like to link to.
- Directory Submissions. Submit your site to directories which do not require reciprocals. Also submit to major directories like DMOZ, Yahoo, Business.com, etc. Take care to abide by the submission guidelines of respective directories.
- Create a 'link bait' . For example, create a small useful free e-book and give it away. Include a link to your website in the e-book.
- Write short but useful articles and submit to article directories ( eg: ezinearticles) with a link to your site in it.
- Create a Blog and get it listed in Blog directories.
- Participate helpfully in forums related to your industry. Place a link to your site in your signature. This has limited benefit from ranking perspective because most forum links are "no-followed", but they drive significant amount of targetted traffic to your website.
- Create downloadable software / useful tool which contains links to your site.
If your site is new, then it will be tough to get one-way links. In that case, we would suggest you to start with reciprocal link exchange. Once your site becomes popular then you can easily go for the one-way link baits.
